If you answered yes, you might be who we need...
Who we are and who we need.
The Property Research Trust is a grant-giving charitable body which, until February 1st this year, was funded and administered by the RICS under the brand name the RICS Research Trust. Now that we are a completely independent body, we are looking to appoint at least two new Trustees to join the existing Board. We would welcome applications from those who share our ambitions and who have the experience and skills to help us deliver the Trust’s aims.
Consequent on our recent re-branding, this year is a very exciting time to join us as we write our new strategy, manage existing grant contracts and commission the funding of new research and projects worldwide. To do this, we wish to broaden the skills, and range of perspectives of Board members to supplement those of the present seven Trustees. |
We welcome applications from those with academic, commercial or/and third sector experience and who have knowledge and experience in at least one of these areas:
Those appointed are expected to operate in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Charity Commission. |
We would also like you to be enthusiastic, forward-looking and interested in the creation of new knowledge to benefit professionals operating in the land, real estate and construction sectors to better enable a more sustainable environment. It does not matter who you are or where you are. The Trust operates on a global platform and we welcome suitably qualified applicants from around the world. Inclusion and diversity are important to us and we encourage suitable applications regardless of age, disability, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or gender identification.
